Taylor Evans (Caroline Redekopp), an attractive, successful, modern-day woman, is finding her world rapidly collapsing around her. A sudden and unexplained phobia to water grips her psyche, shattering her otherwise strong existence. In desperation, Taylor reaches out to Dr. Jonathan Cane (Xavier Sotelo), a phobia specialist. Dr. Cane's rise and prominence in the psychiatric community is linked to a successful, but highly controversial, behavior analysis treatment. He heals his patients on a desolate island where things aren't always what they seem. When Taylor and Dr. Cane unite on the island, mysteries are revealed leading to a shocking conclusion.
